 Finding a reliable autoresponder for list building is easy.  There are many you can subscribe to and also some scripts you can install on your own web host.  One concern for a subscription service is "what if they go out of business?".  It's happened to me three times.  Another concern if you use your own script is "What if I get spam complaints and my host is annoyed?".  The best protections for both of these concerns are:

• always back-up your autoresponder email list
• always use the autoresponder double opt-in feature
• always use an autoresponder that includes an unsubscribe link in all messages

Most business opportunity customers will not mind being contacted by you to update them about their purchase.  Most will not mind an occassional keep-in-touch message from you.  Just be careful not to spam or flood your subscribers.
